The BBC need to stop attacking shieldies!

Yet again today the BBC news reports that -

"Vulnerable people advised to shield will also be allowed outdoors."

How dare they.

Words matter and this needs to stop.

The children have been thrown under the bus for 'shieldies how have they? Those shielding are barely leaving the house, sorrows shielded kids aren't wanted back at school. They are by keeping the schools closed to protect people not in society, they're protecting kids, teachers, parents etc who are "able" to actually go out pacts.

When our school reopens for the specified years next week, I'll be lucky if my shielded child gets any educational work set at all

We absolutely did not lockdown for 2 million shielded adults and children. We all locked down for the wider society. I’m astounded by how many high and mighty some of the me-railers, ”look what I did for you. Me me me, praise me!” We locked down because we were instructed to and because a law was passed. Shielders work and have children too.
