I just came across her book, 'Very Good Lives' which is all about overcoming adversity. I think it's so important that successful women talk about the times they've failed and how success is about pushing past that. I'm reading it just at a time I need to hear that message. I can definitely recommend buying a copy if you are in need of a boost or have some pennies to spend on something nourishing.

I was also looking into her charity, Lumos, and I had no idea just how much she was trying to help disadvantaged children. I love that she's putting her money and position to good use.

The term 'national treasure' generally makes me want to poke my own eyeballs out with a rusty kitchen utensil but AIBU to say she is an utter treasure and we are lucky to have her. She makes the world a better place.

I'd love to see Emma Watson's response. I think she's a smart woman who could argue either way but not sure she's ready for it.

JKR is amazing to me, talented, philanthropic, intelligent, sharp/quick witted and has the courage of her convictions.

She's my kind of woman.

I'd really like to hear from Rupert Grint, his wife recently gave birth to a baby daughter. A daughter who one day, will likely have a period to show that her reproductive system is working how it should.

His wife is probably not menstruating at the moment as her body is recovering from giving birth, she is still a woman, very much a woman I'd say, having just done the most female thing you can do.

Grint is one man I'd like to hear from in a "Oh Harry, don't be a plonker" kind of way.

I love her two, she inspired generations to read. She is not anti trans she’s anti women’s loosing their genetic identity.

I love her. Brave, principled, smart and clever.

Emma Watson is BFFs with Paris Lees, in fact Paris has a pic of them and Emma together as their Twitter cover photo. Emma has tweeted a pic before of her in a t-shirt saying 'trans rights are humans rights'.

And yet Emma also works for the UN as a Women UN Ambassador. Emma knows that there are women around the world who aren't allowed an education simply because they have a vagina not a penis - that is literally her role in the UN.

So I imagine she is in a bit of a quandary right now.

I think there are so many young celebrities who need desperately to be seen as woke they support whatever is seen to be the right thing. I often feel you can be certain they actually feel that way.

The right thing being defined as so by those that make the most noise and threats on social media.

John Boyne tweeted on in support of JKR (he has done before and got stick for it) and I think I saw Mary Beard's name. But I can't' lie I find Twitter confusing and can't refind these tweets to see exactly what they said.

That so many are reading JKs tweets as anti-trans is..bizarre. When you look at what she actually said, rather than the TRAs version of it.

Whats more interesting is Daniel Radcliffs statement on it. Which states firmly that 'transwomen are women' in reply to what JK said. However, JKs tweet was about female people..which would be 'transmen'. But yet again, transmen are invisible and everything is centered on transwomen, even when transwomen are not mentioned at all?
