Hi all,

Sorry this is such a boring AIBU - I’m just completely stumped and looking to see if anyone can help please!

I’ve done a personality test for a work training event and I can’t figure out how to score my answers despite reading the scoring instructions a few times.

I’ve attached here a photo of my results and the scoring instructions (all on the same page) - please could you help me work out how I’m meant to score my answers?

Thanks!

You’ll need a letter from each colour coded row. For example I’m an infinite so I’d have more answers corresponding to these.

Working from the short orange row on the right, the pic isn’t super clear, but it looks like x; crosses in the squares and x1 circle. So I’d write ‘4’ in the ‘e’ square and ‘1’ in the ‘I’ circle.
Think of the columns you’ve put your answers in as roads leading up to the rows!

Second from right it looks like you have x7 in the darker squares for letter j and x3 for letter p.

Not boring for me at all, I love the Myers Briggs year and mine is absolutely spot on. Hope that helps 😊

Well I’m not infinite, that would be interesting! I meant I’m infp 😄

16personalities.com is the easiest way to do a BM test if you've got any choice? Really accurate too.

Throw it in the bin and tell your work you scored NWMT (Not Wasting My Time).

It’s nonsense and was ditched by psychologists years ago. Look up the Barnum/Forer effect. If you look at the profiles you’ll find at least 5 apply to you. I’d just pick one if you have to do it for work.
