I was just thinking about a work Summer ball I went to once. It was a huge company and people came from all over the country - we'd essentially take over a hotel and it was ALWAYS mayhem. This particular time, one of the regional managers ended up shagging a colleague in the car park - her HUSBAND happened to be at the party, he found out and punched the RM in the face and there was a huge fight. It was insane, and they never had another summer ball as it just meant so much drama and people got sacked.
