Hello mamas,
I am almost hitting my 12 weeks and my breast are not sore anymore. Not only that I started to feel more hungry since yesterday.Having an MMC in my 1st pregnancy left me as an anxious person.is there anyone here who has the same symptoms and everything turned out normal.

I am sorry if you guys have answered his before.

I’ve been exactly the same OP. I had my 12 week scan this week and everything was totally fine. All of my symptoms have eased considerably in the last couple of weeks, including breast soreness. I think it’s pretty normal for symptoms to ease around the 12 week mark.

Hopefully your scan is soon and can put your mind at rest! Flowers

Dollywilde · 07/06/2020 10:08

Yes Smile my only first trimester symptom was breast tenderness (really intense - brushing past something would have me yelping). Disappeared just before my 12 week scan at maybe 11 and a bit weeks? All was fine and I’m now 31 weeks with baby kicking away in my ribs...!

I’m sorry for your past loss but I wouldn’t assume the worst based on the soreness being gone Smile

Osirus · 07/06/2020 10:11

Yes, this is absolutely normal. Mine went back to normal around this time too.

Good luck.

rooarsome · 07/06/2020 10:12

I still have mine (13 weeks) but from my last pregnancies it definitely goes around this time.

LaceCurtains · 07/06/2020 10:13

Yes, I remember crying in early pregnancy at the thought that my breasts were going to be that sore for 9 months but it did ease.

Happymum12345 · 07/06/2020 10:20

It’s perfectly normal. You might find they become sore again further along. I found things went up & down. All the best.

1stTimeMama · 07/06/2020 10:29

The first symptoms don't usually last too long, it doesn't mean anything is wrong with the pregnancy, it's just changes in hormone levels.

GabriellaMontez · 07/06/2020 10:48

Yes, even earlier than that. I was worried. But it was fine.

Hatscats · 07/06/2020 10:49

Mine was awful early on, weeks 4-7 ish I guess. Then it eased off and comes and goes. Still not normal, but I don’t noticed it much now (nearly 21 weeks).

Thank you for your kind reply.I don't have any other family member in the UK except my hubby and his father is terminally ill at back home. So,I didn't want to spread my worry to him.Once again thank you for your kind words 😍

I was like that in all 3 of my pregnancies. Breast tenderness disappeared at 11/12 weeks. I now have 3 healthy children arguing over who gets to choose what to watch on YouTube...

Wants2bhappymumma · 07/06/2020 11:31

@rooarsome,thank you for sharing the info🙏

Yes! All my pregnancy symptoms disappeared about 3 days before my first scan (at 13 weeks). Was so so anxious as was convinced I'd MC, it was all fine and now she's 12 weeks old and napping in my arms. Good luck

Bluetonic41 · 07/06/2020 11:34

Your BHCG evens out and sometimes starts to go down from around 12 weeks on so that could explain it, please dont worry about a miscarriage without any other symptoms.

Have you looked on the pregnancy boards? They are usually very supportive and full of people with similar experiences.

positivity123 · 07/06/2020 12:01

I remember having a meal at about 12 weeks and thinking ' yay I'm actually hungry and I can enjoy this!'.
Currently cuddling my 4 month old so it all turned out fine.

No,I haven't. Probably I should read through those rather than being anxious all the time.Thank you Smile
