To see that under 40 yr old Americans know what they want but noone is representing them?

The disconnect between the younger protestors and the 70 and 80 year olds in power in DC explains why so many are willing to take to the streets.
Unfortunately only 36% of Americans under 30 vote compared to twice that for citizens over 65. It's a vicious cycle, where noone represents younger voters so they don't come out to vote and with less pressure from their constituents politicians listen to older voters.
All these protesters need to vote in November and then demand radical change of those that elect. The electorate want the Democrats to move to the left and offer universal healthcare and eliminate college debt for starters. The kind of policies that are normal for Germany, Sweden and other European nations. (Not the UK who have been mimicking the USA by eliminating social support since the 1980s).
