Losing my mind slightly

Period a couple of days late but normal

My boobs hurt like I'm pregnant
Lower back pain like I'm pregnant, even making me nauseous
Quite snappy

I've done many pregnancy tests, if I was pregnant I would be about 6 weeks .... but every test is negative

If you're 6 weeks it would show on a test. You're not pregnant.

I was due on 24th may but no period and done three pregnancy tests all negative

Sorry, not pregnant, just hormonal aches and pains I think 🤷🏼‍♀️

Probably not? I have aches and pains every months and shat myself when I thought I felt a kick last week. Test came back as negative.

A pregnancy test is a far more reliable method of telling you whether you are pregnant or not at 6 weeks than backache and snappiness. I’m not sure why you think you are based on random things like backache and snappiness but don’t believe the pregnancy test. At 6 weeks you would have enough HCG for even a poor quality test to be positive.

Take a test. I'm not pregnant and i have those symptoms too, suspecting part PMS and part psychological for myself.

The mind plays funny tricks on your body sometimes though i hope you get the result you want.

You have to retest but if you were 6 weeks you'd expect a faint line or something.

If a test says NO I can’t see why anyone on MN can tell you differently.

Sore boobs and snappy sounds like PMT, and I frequently get lower back pain at the beginning of my period.

I think its quite likely that all of the tests are wrong, you're actually almost 30 weeks pregnant, with twins, and your life is going to change immeasurably in about 6-8 weeks.
