I never cease to be amazed by the lunatic but seriously, parading with bible as a prop?

OP posts:
Tabithha · 03/06/2020 23:39

He’s a disgraceful lunatic. I hope he’s not re-elected

areyoubeingserviced · 03/06/2020 23:40

I pray that this sociopath is not re elected.
He is a very dangerous man

Theeighthelephant · 03/06/2020 23:42

He can always go lower, and he probably will.

kitk · 03/06/2020 23:42

I agree he's low but I wouldn't be surprised if he goes lower I'm afraid

TheGreatWave · 03/06/2020 23:43

I have put YABU purely because you think he has touched the bottom of the depths and then we realise it was just a ledge and there is a whole way deeper to go.

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 03/06/2020 23:44

How he has not be assassinated is beyond me.

TheMotherofAllDilemmas · 03/06/2020 23:45

Prepare yourself to be surprised, he can always do worse than you can imagine.

About the bible photo, interesting the BBC didn’t mention the priests of that church were also in the protest and were also gassed out of the way for Trump’s photo.

TokyoSushi · 03/06/2020 23:46

That's the thing with him though, every time you think this has to be rock bottom, he goes lower.

user764329056 · 03/06/2020 23:46

He’s Teflon unfortunately, everything he does makes me think ‘he can’t come back from this’ and yet he does time after time. I fear the same number of racist bigots who voted him in 4 years ago still exist and will come out in force for November election

TheMotherofAllDilemmas · 03/06/2020 23:47

A sociopath doesn’t get to where he is alone, US’ problem is not Trump but all the thousands of people that agree with him and will vote for him again. This is America

x2boys · 03/06/2020 23:56

I said something similar to.dh today @BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz and whilst I wouldn't wish that on him he's incredibly dangerous and stupid with it

Colom · 03/06/2020 23:57

How he has not be assassinated is beyond me.

Yes DH and I are always pondering on that thought - we've come to the conclusion that the type of crazed person who carries out assassinations, would probably be a Trump voter?!

There's no justice in the world!

Holothane · 03/06/2020 23:57

He will cause ww3 he is seriously dangerous.

DonttouchthatLarry · 04/06/2020 00:02

How he has not be assassinated is beyond me.

Word for word what I posted on Facebook.

Standupthisisnotateaparty · 04/06/2020 00:02

I'm sure Trumps got a whole bunch of sinking still left in him.

Jinx2020 · 04/06/2020 00:03

Dangerous disgusting man and terrified to think of those who voted for him and sadly will again. He will do worse . . Even as we struggle to think what worse would look like.

And when have Boris unwilling to call him out. No-one holds this man. To account.

What hope is there?

He will get worse if he manages to win again.

DamnYankee · 04/06/2020 00:18

To most US citizens, he is just noise. He's an idiot and a PR's nightmare, but

How he has not be assassinated is beyond me

Yes. That would help matters. Hmm.
Contemplating more violence and death makes me feel sick. Very disappointed in my state's capital's city for the destruction.
But I'm seeing hope flourish here at the local level. And not pie-in-the-sky hope, either:

TheMotherofAllDilemmas · 04/06/2020 00:28

To most US citizens, he is just noise. He's an idiot and a PR's nightmare

Which explains why most Americans turn a blind eye and do little or nothing to go against so much bigotry, or even keep thanking good for listening to their prayers by sending Trump. 🤦🏻‍♀️

DamnYankee · 04/06/2020 00:29

Yes DH and I are always pondering on that thought - we've come to the conclusion that the type of crazed person who carries out assassinations, would probably be a Trump voter?!

That is a logical fallacy.
Very few people (even crazed - very vague term, BTW) carry out assassinations.
And you would be interviewing assassins who existed in the past, since Trump isn't "offed" yet.
And if they are mad, how would you rate their political leanings, unless you detained and questioned them?

TheMotherofAllDilemmas · 04/06/2020 00:34

True, but the very few assassinations of public figures have been carried out against people that were the opposite of Trump like Martin Luther King, JFK, etc

DamnYankee · 04/06/2020 00:35

@TheMotherofAllDilemmas

Oh, Bllsht. What do you know about our community's day to day?
Let's get a laundry list of what you've done to help matters? And if you say "educating my children," I'll just bite my lip, because there has been no lack of that here.
And nobody's "thanking good."

DamnYankee · 04/06/2020 00:39

he very few assassinations of public figures have been carried out against people that were the opposite of Trump like Martin Luther King, JFK, etc

I get your point. However, does that make it right? And they are dead - how would we know how they would react? Perhaps negatively, but I am sure they would not want him dead.

USirName · 04/06/2020 00:43

If he wins in Nov you will see a whole new level of low. He will feel he is completely untouchable and will further the divide between the left and the right, and be even more hostile towards minorities. He will create policies to prevent/suppress any more protesting. The US will become even more dangerous for minorities and the liberal left. There will be no changes to protect the black community, and there will be even more police brutality.

If he loses, he will fight it and he will not leave the WH. He will state there was corruption in the election. He will rile up his gun toting supporters and it will be a very dangeous time for any Democrats.

People believe he is a fool, but he is a very very dangerous fool.
