Not an AiBU- just a cheer us up thread for recs on favourite shower gels and body washes. I noticed there was a skincare one so asking for your fave in shower products! ;)

L’eau Dynamisante by Clarins if feeling rich or have a birthday. Waitrose essentials grapefruit shower gel if not.

I love sol de janeiro 4 play shower gel (expensive tho). Also love the nivea sunflower oil shower gel although not sure they still do that? Very summery!

What would you class as expensive for shower stuff? Good recs so far! Thanks!

Body Shop Green Tea or Satsuma are my fave - really wake you up.

Ooh I was just bought The Edinburgh Natural Skincare Co. golden rosewood gift set as a present, which includes a cold pressed soap that I now prefer to shower gel

We like NSPA shower gel especially the white jasmine, coconut, and vanilla. The scent is intense and its hypoallergenic, also they blend well.

Soap and Glory, it's on offer at Boots at minute. I'm easily pleased 😀

The Soap and Glory with the grapefruit is lovely.

If you are feeling a bit more extravagant then Rituals shower mousse.

Original source mint and teatree shower gel or the lemon one, really fresh and smell delicious.

Korres shower gels are the ONLY ones I use. The scents are incredible - especially Guava, Fig and Bergamot & Jasmine.

Lovely and kind to skin too. x

Pears green bar soap and any soap from Scottish Fine Soaps.

Beauty pie's new orange one is lovely. Also like the standard soap and glory scent too.

Like Soap and Glory but prefer The Sanctuary. The damask rose and lily showe gel is beautiful.
As a treat I love TM Angel shower gel.

I really struggle with shower gels/creams as my skin reacts to most.
I use the Sanex one for very dry skin which is unexciting but doesn’t make my skin fall off.

My essential shower product though is an in-shower moisturiser which weirdly my skin is fine with! This one. Love it

Ooh I love that sanctuary moisturiser one too Megan2018. Always use it far too quickly tho so day to day I just use whatever's in the supermarket

Tropic - Frangipani Star Anise and Tiare Flower. It's smells soooo lovely.

Palmolive used to do a lemon shower gel and it was fantastic! Especially in the summer, fresh, zingy and latest all day. Haven't been able to find it for years now.

For the morning, Kiehl’s Creme de Corps shower oil or shower gel.

For night time, Rituals Ritual of Dao foaming shower gel or oil.

For special occasions, Diptyque L’Ombre dans l’eau.

DH just bought me a box of 6 bars of crate 61 soap, currently using the grapefruit and avocado, smells amazing!

@ChippyTea16 this is my holiday scent - that and the body cream are the only brands I take with me, so it always smells like holidays to me 😍

I agree with redwoodmazza about Lidl, their perfumes are much better than you'd expect for the price and they are mostly hypoallergenic (the 1l grapefuit shower gel they occasionally stock is an exception for us.) I miss their Red Sun patchouli shower gel.
