Been here a few years now, but name changed for this.
I’m wondering about how (and whether) families with children talk together about their feelings and wellbeing? Particularly during difficult times, like this pandemic, but generally speaking too.
For context, I work in children’s mental health, hence the interest in this area, but I’m aware I only get to see clinical populations. I’m wondering how families more generally are getting on and whether parents feel confident in thinking about positive wellbeing with their children. Would your family like some support or help to think together about wellbeing/resilience/self-esteem etc if it were available? Or are families getting on well enough by themselves?
