I've just been made aware of their existence. AIBU to say that this is the end times?

People take them Camping. In tents. With game consoles.

Unfortunately we need EHU for medical equipment, and I like a decent toilet/shower block, so we are stuck with TVs and karaoke machines on campsites....

Yanbu. If my neighbours get one there will be bloodshed.

A few years ago we went away in our little caravan to a lovely little site on the edge of the pennines.
On the Friday night a family turned up and pitched their enormous tent right next to us, pulled out a generator, a fridge full of cans and a huge telly.
We quietly hitched up our caravan and left.
I think it's one of the most anti social things anyone can subject other people to.

Anybody who wants outdoor tv, loud music, kids playing basketball all day, beagles barking all night, to lay decking straight after 6 weeks of a kitchen extension, their toddler to use a noisy scooter downstairs at 5.30am should live in the middle of a very very large field.

I remember the decking / kitchen extension thread! Haha
