To think I'll be able to park at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital?

Need to go to C&W Hospital today for a scheduled appointment. Avoiding public transport for obvious reasons. Website says there is an underground public car park at the hospital, so hoping that's the answer. But is it likely to be full? If it is full, are there other options nearby?

No idea about today, I visited last year and had no problem parking. I imagine it should be ok, I don't think a lot of 'routine' appointments are up and running yet? Could you call the hospital reception to check current situatiin maybe?

It’s hard to tell as there are so many variables! Fewer appointments and non urgent admissions and visiting vs people avoiding public transport. I’ve used it and it was very empty but non corona time. Fingers crossed you find space

How did you get on? I didn’t mention it, but the strangest thing happened to me in the c&w carpark...

The parking was fine thanks - loads of spaces. But having driven 45 mins to get there it was disappointing to then be told they'd cancelled the appointment and I "should have had a text message". Same thing happened a few weeks ago at another hospital in the same trust, but I thought it was a one off mistake. Next time I'll call beforehand to make sure.

p.s. It was one of those dingy old fashioned car parks that feel a bit scary, so I can well imagine strange things occurring, but do tell!

It was quite full when I went so I was driving v slowly looking for a space. A Dr got back to her car and was v irritated following me, lights flashing- eventually pulled out and past me and into drove into 2 pedestrians.
ONE IN A WHEELCHAIR.
I rang security and scarpered.
