Has anyone else experienced this when a business reopens?

I have been waiting for my chiropodist to start making appointments again. She is due to reopen on 1 June and I was able to make an advance booking yesterday. She said I would need to wear a mask (not a problem, I expected it) and gave me a series of instructions such as waiting outside the premises if there was already somebody in the waiting room etc. She then said she had increased her prices by £3 to cover her PPE requirements and cleaning costs. I only go about three times a year so I'm not too bothered about this (plus I really need the appointment) but am just curious to ask if you think this will be the norm from now on?

Seems reasonable, cleaning takes time so would increase costs.

I can’t see why it wouldn’t be tbh, there will be significant on costs for businesses post Covid, I can’t imagine that many won’t try and factor these costs in to the prices they are charging.

Yes a lot of care companies are having to do this too
