I ordered some covid antibody tests from a private nationwide company. They emailed me about 5 days after my order to say due to demand there would be a delay of up to 10 days. I emailed back and asked them to cancel my order. Got an automated response saying they would reply within 2 days. Having heard nothing I emailed again asking to cancel and quoting distance selling regulations.
Again heard nothing, tried to phone, can't get through.
Now I see they are asked to suspend the testing anyway so won't be able to test the sample.
I have now logged on to my account and see they have despatched my order...
Am I able to return this for a full refund given that I gave them clear instructions?
If they are unable to provide the testing service, should they refund me?
I paid on credit card if that is relevant.
