Is it completely fucking outrageous that the government are telling journalists what type of questions they can ask and no one is challenging this?!

Honestly, the whole thing is pointless and stupid.

  1. It shouldn't be politicians being asked - it should be the scientists making the decisions.
  2. It shouldn't be journalists asking the questions, it should be scientists and doctors.
This is not a political or journalistic issue and it's so pointless that it's become one. The politicians never want to admit mistakes and journalists entire purpose is to make them look bad. You can't actually get any accurate information as a result. I stopped watching the questions weeks ago because they serve no purpose.

YANBU- any restrictions on freedom of the press should be concerning for everyone!

Trump has already announced an executive order is coming for social media after Twitter tagged his tweet with a fact check warning.
Where Trump leads Boris will try skipping after imo.
