America January 2021 Visit

We've (prior to pandemic) booked a hotel in NYC for DHs 40th.

We need to consider booking flights now. Would you? The price is good currently.

AIBU to think NYC will be "open" in January 2021?

I would say yes it will be “open” but isn’t that peak winter virus time ?

But I am inclined to say New York will be chomping at the bit to get going for the Christmas tourism season
