Does this sound like a UTI?

I've had a dull, sharp pain on my right side where my ovary is for 4/5 days and today it's moved up to my right flank and round my waist to my back. Also mild period like cramps.
The pain comes and goes and is more of a dull ache
Does this sound like a uti?
Got a urine sample and swabs to hand in tomo and I've had an examination and gp couldn't feel any signs of ovarian cyst.
Def not pregnant and past ovulation time, but the pain is different than what I usually get with ovulation anyway.

Those symptoms sound exactly like my daughters. She found it lessend a bit when lying down. A first dip test showed nothing but she went back a few days later as she was still in pain. It was a uti. Antibiotics took a few days then she was fine.

Same here, when I changed position in bed last night if eased off!

UTI's are rubbish OP, sympathies if it is one. That does sound similar to symptoms i have when i get them , and i get them frequently but sounds more like the pain i've experienced from ovarian cysts that it does UTI symptoms. The only way to actually determine if you have a cyst is via scan, even the ultrasound over the abdomen is not likely to show them unless they are conveniently situated. Transvaginal scans are the only truly reliable method of knowing if one is present.

If you've got any other symptoms such as spotting or irregular periods i would push for a scan.

If not hopefully its uncomplex and antiB's will clear it up
