To be tired of people filming themselves crying?

For social media likes?

First we had the nurse at the start of lockdown who couldn’t get any apples.

Now we have a care worker filming someone in a store for berating her for wearing her uniform shopping and then filming herself crying in her car!

Give over!

I’m a childminder and what has really wound me up is some of my fellow minders have had t-shirts made up proclaiming us to be ‘frontline’ workers!

So? Your profession is often forgotten about, both by the public and in the government guidance, good for them for being proud of it. Also midwives have died from covid, she might be low risk but would you have fancied going into a hospital to work when testing was a farce and PPE stocks weren't sufficient?

Actually there was plenty of PPE for her from the beginning, that was never a problem where I live, as for childminders being front line, it’s not only untrue but insulting to true front line staff.

Another one here who cringed at the "juststopit" nurse. One newspaper said it was so moving. No,it wasn't.
