In the question portion of his conference, he referred to his parents guest house as,
"Not a pleasant place to be, it's concrete blocks"
So a guest house, on his parents farm, rent free in Durham is 'Not a nice place to be'
The advisor seems.to be unable to grasp how many people live in far far worse homes / houses and areas.

Aibu to think it highlights just how out of touch Government and their advisors actually are? How many people would love a free home in Durham on a farm in the country?

With private land and woods, fields etc to roam through.
Much harder to self isolate there than in a flat with no garden. My heart bleeds.
