where are you looking?

flowerybeanbag · 20/09/2007 16:14

White Company?

nailpolish · 20/09/2007 16:14

my dds frineds all have bratz lunchboxes
it annoys me

bozza · 20/09/2007 16:14

They do have nighties - it is the "pretty" bit that you will struggle with.

bozza · 20/09/2007 16:15

Oh yes, DD is 3 and so far has nothing bratz. I am doing my best to keep it that way. She does however have nightwear with plastic pictures (noddy, little mermaid, princesses) on it.

nailpolish · 20/09/2007 16:15

they do exist but at a price

nailpolish · 20/09/2007 16:16

top one is my fave

LadyVictoriaOfCake · 20/09/2007 16:16

boden.

Cappuccino · 20/09/2007 16:17

white pillowcase with hole cut in top for head

SueBaroo · 20/09/2007 16:17

Blimey. If I had a spare kidney to sell I'd pay that for a nightie.

off to look at M&S

marks

tbh i dont like nighties
they end up around the armpits and the rest of the body is cold

Nbg · 20/09/2007 16:17

M&S ink{http://www.marksandspencer.com/gp/product/B000UGVSEQ/sr=1-4/qid=1190301362/ref=sr_1_4/202 -1456531-2567051?ie=UTF8&node=44280030&m=A2BO0OYVBKIQJM&keywords=&mnSBrand=core&size=9&rh=&page=M&S again

I have some lovely Jojo maman bebe (spelling) pjs for my DD this page They are nice thick cotton jersey and still look gorgeous after several times through the washing machine.

sparklesandwine · 20/09/2007 16:21

I know you said nightdress but these pj's in vertbaudet are very simple and pretty

SueBaroo · 20/09/2007 16:22

hmm, the second Marks one is ok. I just find the jersey material doesn't stand up to the punishment, and the horrid transfer thing crack after a few washes.

I'm being far too precious, aren't I?

Debenhams

Thelittlesoldiersmummy · 20/09/2007 16:22

im a fan of the white company and you get 105 if you use the link on mumsnet. 100% cotton, wash up well and no crappy characters!

Caroline1852 · 20/09/2007 16:23

I think cotton jersey is much more comfortable than unstretchy cotton, warmer too.

SleeplessInTheStaceym11House · 20/09/2007 16:23

nbg your link worked! what you ballsing at?

lucyellensmum · 20/09/2007 16:23

Suebaroo i totally understand, i have the same problem with my dd (2), dhes doesnt even know what bloody bratz are, and i hope she never does.

SueBaroo · 20/09/2007 16:25

Thank you kindly ladies for all these links. I'll shove 'em in a folder to show Dh later.

Try Debenhams. They don't do much of the 'character' stuff, and their Tiger Lily and Jasper Conran ranges are gorgeous - very girlie and pretty. Not too expensive either.

it's on their website

Nbg · 20/09/2007 16:34

I did two links and it all mulched together into one, lol.
