To ask what on earth the phrase Oi! Oi! Saveloy! means??!!!!

I've seen it on social media and it just doesn't make any sense!

Saveloy used to be made out of pig brain but now it's generic pork I think.

I haven't heard anyone shout oioi save loy since I was at school in a nasty far London suburb
