I stepped on the scales this morning and today is the first time in over 3 years that I've weighed under 11st !! - 10st 12 to be precise.
I'm really pleased as at my heaviest in the past 3 years I was 13 st 8

for context I'm 155cm/5ft1

Well done! That's my goal too. I have 11 ibs to go. Under 11 would be wonderful for me. Any tips?

Woop woop! Well done op, i bet that feels amazing. I'm just trying to lose the stupid stone i put on during lock down. I'd like to be motivated by you. How looking has it been that you're counting calories and running 40 min daily before you reached a meaningful loss?

PerpendicularVincent · 25/05/2020 14:48

Well done - great achievement! Especially when it's easy to pick at food when inside!
