How were his circumstances exceptional? Don’t most people have children? We were told we aren’t allowed to see family or grandparents for childcare .

Thought Cummings was meant to be clever, telling the country that you drove on a public road to test your eyesight, doesn't sound like he's actually very bright at all.

He isn’t going anywhere is he? I do feel sorry for his child, but not him or his wife.

I just think the man made a decision, agree with it or don’t, but there is no need for this media circus.

The media circus was DC's idea, I think the journalists were probably just as surprised this was happening as the rest of us 😂

The criticism is well deserved

This is pack bullying and it is seldom deserved. He’s hardly Fred west.

Anyone who thinks this sort of treatment of any human for the simple reason he went to a cottage on his parents grounds to self isolate with his wife and child, is acceptable needs to have a good hard look at themselves.

For me. This sort of attacking someone, this sort of mass pile on is simply unacceptable. If it’s Myra Hindley or Fred west sure crack on, but let the punishment fit the crime.
