He does work from home but before he starts work, first thing in the morning he goes on his phone for a while, then comes down and goes on his phone again while having a cup of tea, then throughout the day he will go on/off if for 10-15 mins at a time. It's no wonder our child throws tantrums when he is looking after him (when I go work). Can anyone tell me if your child throws tantrums if your glued to your phone? I only check in the morning, once in the day maybe then watch videos at night when my child is asleep.
