Posting in AIBU because this was where the Sykes Cottages/Oliver's Travels lack of refund thread was... so apologies for the fact it's not AIBU!
For those who were being done over by Skyes/Oliver's Travels and being refused a refund... Have just had an email from Oliver's Travels offering to give me a full refund if I remove my Trust Pilot review in which I detailed their shoddy customer services behaviour and don't comment on social media again... (Have not yet accepted this offer so take the view this post is fine! 
) So those of you yet to get refunds may want to do a social media blitz detailing your dissatisfaction and see if it bears similar fruit.
