What are you making/drinking?

Espresso martini. With salted caramel stoli for the vodka. Lush.

I've started some rhubarb and ginger gin off too. It'll be ready next week, can't wait!

My DH did the food shop on the weekend and bought loads of orange juice, so I spend the weekend sipping tequila sunrises. If I shut my eyes real tight I was back on a beach in Mexico on our honeymoon!

I’ve also got loads of mint growing in the garden this year so might make some mojitos this weekend coming!

Margaritas are my favourite - I cheat and use a just add tequila mix usually because it's so much easier. I do also love tequila sunrise or a lovely Cuba Libra too...

Lidl pink gin, cucumber and mint tonic, handful of frozen berries and fresh mint leaves. No idea if it's an actual thing but I'm calling it a fuckitini.

Either gin or tequila with POG juice. POG is a mix of equal parts passionfruit juice, orange juice and guava juice. It's lovely.

French 75's, very refreshing especially when it's hot. Also strawberry mojitos and espresso martinis.

Aperol spritz, mostly because I've had a bottle for ages and not used it and Prosecco was 1/3 off!

I have the makings of long Island iced tea but I don't want to disgrace myself on a zoom party 😂

I've been mixing melon liqueur, vodka, pineapple juice and lemonade. Don't know if there's a name for it but it's yum!

Margaritas with cherry brandy added. Delicious.

Also gin with homemade elderflower cordial and sparkling water.

Nothing as I’m pregnant but if I wasn’t I’d be making strawberry daiquiris or pornstar martinis. Yummy!

Margaritas, made properly with fresh lime juice and triple sec.
Triple Sec has become very difficult to track down lately. I know Cointreau is a good alternative., but if anyone knows where to get good triple sec, perhaps they’d let me know.
No duty free tequila this year, sadly. . We used to load up in the airports.

LIIT is the killer cocktail in this house. Once we're onto them, we know the night is nearing its end!!!!
