So help please if you can -

Finally got some savings together

Always wanted to get a static caravan for an office/play area for the kids / place for friends to stay

I saw one yesterday
8 years old
Not bad condition
Would need a new bathroom and two new single beds
1200 inc delivery
I have space on my land

So yes go for it
Or no - keep your savings?

Thanks in advance :) xx

Yes exactly

Plus this is the first time I have ever had savings so why I am even thinking of this
Am I mad?

Will wait til maybe Oct and start pricing the work on the house here
And dream of a caravan at a later date 😢😢😢👍🏻

Yes it's hard to have savings if you're not used to it but keep saving... I have a couple of wise friends and they really helped me change my money attitude.., I had always been poor with money and whenever I had a bit spent it!
Their advice: have enough to replace your boiler.., it's really hard to not have hot water.../heating

  1. Have enough to have transport so fix car /buy tube ticket
3.Spend where you are the most so sort your carpet first as that improves the life of everyone.., Then anything else save half spend half

Yes

Absolutely

And so wise !!!!

I will have car insurance and further bills later this summer

Plus who knows what will happen re work

Thanks again all

Would love it but can do without
Now to keep on saving and aim for nice decent clean flooring !!! That would be a dream

Xxxx
