I've been absolutely fine so far with the whole lockdown things but for the past couple of days, I'm just feeling so deflated.
Anybody feeling the same?
I was due to be going to Italy on a family holiday on Wednesday, this is the 3rd holiday we've now had moved to next year.
My sister is struggling and is suicidal, so much so, my nephew has had to move in with us.
I'm struggling to teach my children and work from home, my one day per week in the office is my sanity lifeline.
I work in substance misuse, so I am constantly dealing with people who are struggling with mental health, domestic violence and some have children under social care and we can't see them.
It's just really getting to me now.

That seemed a big moan so I think I needed to get it off my chest?

I think it has hit me this week as lockdown eases that this is for the long term. We are not going back to normal life for a long time yet and that is a hard prospect. So I can totally understand you feeling deflated. Hope your sister is able to access the help she needs at this time. Worrying about her is hard and you've got lots of other things going on.
