My DH is on MN. My MIL and FIL together with their DIL and my SIL, and also my BIL decided to ask their DGD and DGS to register on MN and reply to the OP of the thread. But they didn’t RTFT, and my BF got angry because my DS and DD ruined her carpet.

Yep, understood every word of that if you did indeed mean the abbreviations to represent standard Mumsnet terms such as 'dear husband', 'read the full thread' etc.

I wonder if you are going to produce an alternate version of this where all your abbreviations actually mean something else ...

I opened another thread and the acronyms had been translated in italics. I thought it was a MN-wide thing.

Clear as mud...and I decipher 5 year olds writing for a living OP 😄

Maybe start again, using full sentences, no abbreviations and check that your post makes sense before handing it in...erm..I mean posting 👍

No I don't think so but someone yesterday was saying acronyms were greyed our for them and another poster said there was something you could turn on / off in settings.
