And actually say you dislike them? I do feel it sometimes but personally wouldn’t say it.

To say it: bit mean...

I personally would never say it.

So many "it depends" here...... we need more information

I have been known to say ... "I love you, but I really don't like you very much right now , because ....."

I love my DCs, but they have personality traits that annoy me and make me dislike them at times. I think you can love family, but at the same time dislike them.
