To ask how to use kegel balls

One year after birth and my pelvic floor is still shot.
I bought some level balls and I'm a bit confused. Do I need to just leave them in vibrating, or do I have to do pelvic floor exercises whilst they're in?

Doing traditional kegels while laid on your back is advisable if you're trying to strengthen your pelvic floor. You can also leave them in and try to go about your daily business but they left me feeling a bit funny which isn't much fun in the middle of Lidl

Well I’ve never heard of vibrating ones.

You need to do do the exercises with them in to strengthen the pelvic floor. You start with the lightest, until you have built up to the heaviest.
Are they actually weighted? Or do you have -ahem- “massage” type balls?
