Bought and expensive drill on ebay. 3 weeks later and way past the delivery date it had not arrived and no tracking number. No reply to several messages so I opened a claim.
The cheeky sod then adds a false tracking number belonging to someone else's parcel which shows it was delivered today! I contacted Yodel who said the tracking number did not relate to my address as I suspected.
He then gets the case resolved in HIS favour as tracking shows delivered.

Well I am not having this!
After much ado I convince ebay that he is a bloody liar and get a refund.
I was so angry I left negative feedback and called him a Thief. Am I wrong to do this?

Yabu but only because he’ll be able to get the feedback removed. You should’ve left it at saying that the tracking number provided was a false one

It's not nice for people in the receiving end either. How many other people have they conned or tried to con.

I wouldn't buy tools off eBay anyway so many of the tools stolen from trades in the country end up on there and eBay give zero fucks about it.
