Posted this in exercise yesterday but no reply so aibu to ask for your advice?
Looking for a bit of advice from some fitter mumsnetters have been offered a job within the prison service as long as i pass the fitness test have done interview etc due to the coronavirus only issue is im not the fittest and also have asthma not bad well controlled but still i have to start training now so i will be ready when it comes along.. Anybody any hints tips ideally routines? I just feel if i go out running without some kind of routine ill lose the motivation, thanks if you've gotten this far
