Dc1 works in a large office for a big credit card co.company.
They've made sure there's space between everyone but someone on their floor had covid. The floor was kept open and just cleaned overnight.
That's not my biggest worry. Dc says they're being worked to the bone. Taking many more calls a day from disgruntled customers and doing the work for another country. I saw him briefly ( from a safe distance) and he looks broken. He said his whole team are mega stressed. Management won't listen just keep pushing them to do more.
I know he's not frontline nhs so I should be glad he's not putting himself in that danger but it's heartbreaking seeing your dc like this. I work as a keyworker too but worry more for him, mainly his mental health.
No real point in posting just want to rant. I don't like ranting to anyone close at the moment. I just feel so frustrated for him. He's suffered with mental health problems before.
