Does anyone know what a divorce petition looks like when you are the respondent?

Can't seem to find an example online, I am petitioner I am wondering what the papers look like to the respondent?

Simple description..almost a photocopy of the papers you file with an added page or 2 giving options to agree, or contest. Then space to outline why you are contesting.
