So my car windscreen needs replacing. I rang insurance claim line and was put through to the recommended company.
As one would expect and rightly so keyworker repairs/ replacements are taking priority.
So they are unable to give me any indication when the repair will take place but they wanted my excess up front. So it could be days
, weeks etc.
So I have to pay for a repair where I have no timescale.
AIBU to think this is a little off.
