A channel 5 show about how to leave an abusive partnership has been updated to include advice on the lockdown.
It airs Wednesday 13th at 10pm. I know not all those who could find this useful can get to watch it but hopefully their website will be updated too

Bumping this. Should have left before lockdown. But fucking terrified of him. I asked him to leave and everything seemed okay but now he is back in control. I’m not allowed to touch my son at the moment and my heart is breaking hearing him shout for me. His dad will even hold him as he goes to toilet so I can’t have him.
