So it’s nearly half nine and 12 of our neighbours are sitting out in the street drinking playing loud music and singing along (very badly). Not social distancing.

Aibu to think it’s not really acceptable? It’s a v family oriented street and there’s lots of little kids and babies.

Or am I just being a killjoy?

The day after VE Day... (no one in the street did anything for VE Day)

It is selfish, its also a bank holiday weekend. If it's a one off I couldn't get upset about it.

DazzlingDee · 09/05/2020 22:02

Do you live on my street?! Exactly the same here.

ChickenFight · 09/05/2020 22:07

It's a Saturday. I don't think there's much you can do about noise until after 10:30 or so.

A few houses around us are still in their gardens with music on, sounds like adults are in the paddling pool next door!

Oops voted the wrong way, No you're not it is late and we should be more responsible as adults these A holes should either go round to someones house, be quiet or just go home.
