Totally forgot about them.

They’re sealed but are best before 21/4

If it were a few days they’d be crumbs by now.

But it’s a bit more than that niw

Would you eat them?

Oh totally!

suze28 · 09/05/2020 21:11

So long as they don't taste stale they'll be absolutely fine

TestingTestingWonTooFree · 09/05/2020 21:12

Yes I would. I think they might go stale, but if the didn’t look mouldy, I’d go for it.

cheesecurdsandgravy · 09/05/2020 21:12

They’ll be fine :)

Butteredtoast55 · 09/05/2020 21:13

One of the things lock down has taught our family is the flexibility of best before dates. If it's not meat, poultry or fish; not mouldy and smells OK it's getting eaten Smile

GreyishDays · 09/05/2020 21:15

It’s a Best Before not a Use By, so they’re perfectly safe Smile

TwistyHair · 09/05/2020 21:16

Yes I’d eat them if they weren’t mouldy. If you put stale scones in the microwave for a few seconds they become good as new again. Reckon it’d work with welsh cakes too

Khione · 09/05/2020 21:25

they're fine
