Hand eczema and steroid use

Hi there
Hands have nose dived during Covid. How soon after a 5-day burst of strong steroid like mometasone can you use again? Thanks v much

Bar soap much better for my hand eczema too. I have found it's come back with all the Covid related handwashing, but I have an amazing little point of green ointment from Balmond's which I can really recommend. Has worked on my hands which were cracked and bleeding.
