To ask how you read the word AIBU?

Some people I reckon it would be "ay-boo"

Or do you just read it as A-I-B-U?

In my head, I say “Am I Being Unreasonable”. I mentally sound out all the acronyms when reading.

I just read ‘am I being unreasonable?’ Or I did. I don’t think I’ll be able to get ‘ey i booo’ out of my head now

I say A I B U and have started saying this to people out loud which to bright with was embarrassing cos no one I know would be caught dead browsing MN - but NOW they all know exactly what I mean. I do say yan-bu in my head tho and have been known to say this to people too.
