Debenhams returns

Hi, I ordered somethings from Debenhams and they same in 7 parcels.

4 of those parcels deliveries allow return by Hermes but 3 don’t, I can only return these in-store or by bring for return postage via Royal Mail.

Could I return something from these 3 parcels using the Hermes return slips in one of the other 4 parcels?

Debenhams aren’t returning calls and the return address is the same for both Hermes and Royal Mail returns.

I could wait until stores re-open but I just want to get it out of the way.

Anyway, no you can't. I had similar at Christmas. I bought slippers and they all came in different parcels and had different addresses on for returning. Some via Hermes and some Royal Mail. They go to different places so your items would just get lost somewhere.

No, they’re not going bust and I’ve checked the return addresses, they’re exactly the same for both Hermes and Royal Mail.

Just send it via Hermes. It will be fine
