What knickers shall I buy?

I am sick of all my knickers rolling down under the force of my post-3-baby belly. I need all new ones but ones that I dont need to readjust 20 times an hour. Any recommendations please?

Ive had these in various colours and they stay put on my big belly.

I’m wearing M&S full briefs right now. They are a size (or 2?!) too small, I’m 14 weeks pregnant and alarmingly pregnant-looking, but the knickers are holding up admirably. They have been at belly button height all day!

Tunnocks34 · 08/05/2020 19:43

Very unpopular on MN but I am a forever fan of the g string and thong. Do not like frenchies at all, I have bigger briefs for when I’m on my period though.

M&S Miami knickers are fab! They hoik up high on the hips, so no roll.

Victoria’s Secret cheekies all the way for me..... the seamless ones for under more fitting things and the lace ones where VPL isn’t an issue like under jeans. They stay up, are comfy, and hold a pad for period days. Perfect.

Thanks for the recommendations I'm going to buy a few and test them out!

Clean ones, don't be going second hand.Although yes they may be wahsed, but no.

WhenItIsOver · 09/05/2020 16:13

I would normally say get big ones but would it be easier to just get small ones so they would fit underneath? I am thinking I might try that.

Pickles89 · 09/05/2020 16:14

Not Fatface! They look very pretty but just fall down!

Tomorrowillbeachicken · 09/05/2020 16:20

I buy scrundies from Etsy sellers

Purpletigers · 09/05/2020 17:20

Big belly huggers from m and s . Oh how I used to laugh at my mum .

StarlightLady · 09/05/2020 17:36

M&S Brazillians work for me. Comfy and a good selection of colours. They move with you.

myself2020 · 09/05/2020 17:37

Noobynoo on etsy. you won’t ever wear other knickers!

Arthien · 09/05/2020 18:09

I would advise against M&S!

I’ve been buying their shorts style multipacks since forever but the quality has definitely gone downhill. I have recently had several pairs go completely wonky after just one wash, to the point that they were unwearable. I considered complaining but I obviously can’t go into the store and I really don’t like the idea of having to email photos of knickers to their complaints team! Blush

EveryDayIsADuvetDay · 09/05/2020 18:19

I like tu multipacks of full briefs
Also, bit pricier, Uniqlo www.uniqlo.com/uk/en/product/women-high-rise-briefs-423135.html?dwvar_423135_color=COL00&dwvar_423135_size=SMA002&cgid=IDbriefs15165

getdownonit · 09/05/2020 18:25

These are good from M&S.....not as massive as the massive ones, but cover my 3 CS lump Smile

I have been browsing at M&S and found this: https://www.marksandspencer.com/5-pack-cotton-and-lace-high-leg-knickers/p/clp60374267?intid=mobileappppdpshare

I bought my last ones from George at Asda, Tesco ones are rubbish and go lopsided.

I find that the mixed fabric ones with the lace band round the top, any make, any store, all the same knickers ALL fall down without fail, the lace band is not enough to keep them in place.

Plain cotton if you can find any with elastic top, not lace.

TimeWastingButFun · 09/05/2020 19:01

Clean ones, don't be going second hand.Although yes they may be wahsed, but no.
I sold a load of bras online that had hardly been worn, after my son was born (due to bigger boobs) and I threw the knickers away. I actually got several messages from people asking if I had the matching knickers to sell. Ew, I did really not know second hand knickers was a thing!

Lazingonasunnyafternoon20 · 09/05/2020 19:06

@TimeWastingButFun

Well, I .m as shocked at that as I am the price of some of these knickers - £12 for one pair?

Tomorrowillbeachicken · 09/05/2020 19:09

Noobynoo also has a Facebook page and will do custom via PM

Bubblysqueak · 09/05/2020 19:11

M&s full briefs for me too. So comfy, bought them first when pregnant and never went back.

Apolloanddaphne · 09/05/2020 19:17

Sloggi high waist briefs. Hold everything in nicely.

drspouse · 09/05/2020 19:27

Scrundies - best ever, get them on Etsy.

Soph88888 · 09/05/2020 19:40

Gilly hicks do lovely pants

IncrediblySadToo · 09/05/2020 19:47

These

HERE

Honestly they're SO comfortable, they come in other colours, never roll down etc. Med will be fine unless you're super tiny or much bigger (I buy L or XL, for my wobbly larger size).

Buy the best, don't mess with the rest 🤣
