My best friend has been invited to her brothers today for a garden party celebration for VE Day. They're going to be sat a reasonable distance away and she's insistent it'll be fine but I don't think it's allowed under the rules? She doesn't tend to stick to rules anyway 
Is she being unreasonable doing this? In a bit pissed off as I've seen no one since lockdown began and I'm feeling very lonely.
