Know this is barely relevant to anyone but pulling my hair out.

Right so can’t log in! Sad wont send me and email says it doesn’t recognise me. So I can’t changed password. I’ve tried every single way password wise!

I’ve searched my account using payment details, it didn’t work twice then found me. I used all the same details but then it referred me back to log in and didn’t know who I was. Sad

I don’t want to re start and end up being charged twice. They don’t have a live chat for help and I’m just so fed up.

Does anyone work for nowtv? Can you help. Thought id try mumsnet because everyone has been so incredibly helpful in the past and it’s my go to place.

Try twitter if you have it, they responded to me quite quickly last week.

Oh I had this issue for ages. I couldn’t work out why they were charging me when I didn’t even have an account but like you couldn’t find anyone to speak to about it.
Turns out it was a freebie from my mobile contract that I didn’t even know I had but then when I left that provider NowTV started treating me as a normal customer. I think I eventually got help via Twitter but it was a long and painful process

I defo signed up and use it regularly. Just can’t log on on main tv for Disney for sprouts. Only works in my bedroom. So I have account that works and proof. It’s just so frustrating! Thanks for the responses. I don’t have Twitter guess if need to sign up then. Bloody pain! Years sweat and stress lol

Have you already logged on on the maximum number of devices? You can swap them out if you no longer use it on a specified device.

I’m only logged on one. I did wonder about someone else using my account but it seems unlikely. I just wondered if they’re using it and changed password. Or if I’d been hacked. Just wish I could speak to someone there end but they aren’t able to. :/

I know my password, only recently I’d taken box to a friends and logged on. Then brought it home. Put it in logged in. All worked now I can’t says it does t know me.

( Oh worth adding it’s vulnerable friend and I dropped my spare box for her to use) before I’m attacked. She wouldn’t hack me and doesn’t even have box or smart tv!
