I’m after a tan leather good quality cross body bag! These are the two I’ve found that I like that are very similar except the price!
Can I have your opinions please?

The Ted Baker one

I maybe have a slight pref for the TB one but I'm not even sure and to me they are so similar that I would go for the Radley one on price grounds.

I've got a Radley, slightly stouter one, and I've had it 17 years. They are very well made.

Having said that have you looked at smaller brands or nonbranded options, with these you are paying for the name

I have to say the Radley at only 50 quid as that's less the half the price of the TB and they are so similar. I have a Radley black one which is very similar. It's wearing brilliantly.

I’d go for the Radley , as you say they are very similar and the price difference is significant . I’ve got a few Radley bags and they do last well and still look good despite not being well cared for .

The Radley, the black lining of the Ted Baker looks cheap - it would annoy me every time I used it. The Radley is a bargain at that price, and just looks like a better made bag. Ted Baker is expensive for what you get.

If they were the same price though I would pick the Ted Baker. It's got the edge.

The Radley one is nicer and the price would be the clincher for me . You could get both colours .

Love Radley and as pp says, you could get both colours for less than one TB bag.

I have this one, it was £25 from Debenhams. It’s a great bag and great quality. Not a great picture of it but it looks no different to those other two and a fraction of the cost.

I don't like Radleys cutesy dog they plaster over everything, even though I love animals, it makes their products feel like they were designed for a pre-teen.
Equally I used to love my Ted Baker watch, but hardly ever wear it following the sex scandal, forced hugging and HR cover up with the founder & Chief Exec Ray Kelvin. Even though he left, makes me feel queasy and embarrassed to wear the brand; I would never buy anything else from them. Presumably he is still a majority shareholder, and I wouldn't want to be lining his pockets.

I love Radley bags but on this choice I prefer the Ted Baker bag. Hope the replies help you choose x

TB is the best of the two but neither are great.

I'd keep searching, you are basically just after a high street version of the Celine trio
(Which is an amazing bag btw)

They are tiny!

That's a great price for the Radley bag, so I'd go for that.

I prefer the Ted Baker one because I don’t like the slip pockets on the Radley one, what would you ever put in them? And I don’t like advertising their brand for them for free! I actually like the Debenhams Fiorelli one as well.
