To move from self-employed to employed

I'm a long time lurker but first time poster looking for careers advice. I was a teacher in a core subject before I left due to crazy workload demands and a toxic work environment. I fell into tutoring/home schooling work and I've done this for a few years now, I've been relatively successful and earn more than I would in teaching but the downsides (some evening work, cancellations, fluctuating income etc) are weighing on my mind and losing a lot of exam related work due to covid has reinforced my doubts.

I'm wary of returning to a school teaching role as I'm feeling a little fed up with teaching. I love working with children but I've become bored of teaching the same things over and over again and I don't see much opportunity for development within my current work as I'm not interested in setting up a tuition agency.

Money has certainly become more important to me; my dh's work is London based and we're hoping to buy somewhere and start a family relatively soon. I've also spent too much time in the homes of affluent families which has skewed my views as to what income level is necessary for a good standard of living!

I'm considering moving into something that has more financial opportunities in the longer term but I don't know where to start and how to best present my self-employed experience. Any thoughts are much appreciated.
