Cleaner restarting - not sure AIBU

My cleaner started with me about 2 years ago, she used to do 2 hours a week (for kitchen-diner, living room, hall/stairs and bathroom) and I was her first client. Since then she has grown her business and now no longer cleans my house but manages her own company. She has a number of cleaners working for her and the hours have gradually drifted up to 3 hours a week. She usually sends 3 cleaners (sometimes the same sometimes different) to clean. This was a problem pre-lockdown as it was distressing the dog as he couldn’t go to anywhere to “escape the vacuum” and he couldn’t get used to the changing people.

We have kept in contact and once lockdown is lifted we are hoping for her to restart. She has said that’s great and she is looking forward to getting all her staff back and said we would have the 3 at a time again. My AIBU is that I really only want 1 or max 2 cleaners in the house. By having 3 (that change) we are exposing ourselves to more people as 1 person cleaning for 3 hours does 2 houses a day whilst 3 people do 6-7, it also upsets the dog. We are both working at home full-time and it just won’t be possible for them to clean all the rooms at the same time.

Before anyone says have you mentioned it, I have mentioned it pre-lockdown, she does now try to send the same 3 cleaners. I’m not really sure what to say do I put my foot down and say one person or don’t come and find another cleaner or do I put up with it? DH doesn’t want to use this company any more as he thinks it should take a lot less than 3 hours to clean effectively 4 rooms in a small semi.

Also, in three hours my cleaner cleans all the bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as downstairs so yours are not efficient! She spends the extra hour doing extra work like ironing, deeper cleaning jobs, popping to the shops if I need milk. She's the best cleaner I ever had!

That's not a cleaner, surely? Cleaners don't do the shopping or the ironing!
