I’m a horrible dog owner- I eat my dogs snack bar and enjoyed it.

One of those nights I’m really craving something sweet, nothing in the cupboard junk food like to satisfy the craving. I see my dog Roxie’s snack bar in my handbag and it didn’t sound half bad. I’m embarrassed to say, I eat her snack bar, the entire thing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m a horrible dog owner eating my dogs treat. If anybody knows a similar human bar I can but that’s similar I’d appreciate it. I’m sure Roxie will forgive me....

I have no advice. What so ever. I mean, how do you even respond to this😂

Well it does say human friendly on the packaging so I guess you were lucky!

It mainly tasted like coconut and banana, it is pretty much the ingredients in it - plus flax seeds

The snack bar was free with the Rocketo food sample I had arrive yesterday. Thank you, she’s my first dog. Hard work but really enjoying her!

If I offered my dog a coconut and banana treat she would call the RSPCA to come and get her.

Sick of dc eating all the biscuits we put 6 of ddog's in our tin.
Ds 11 ate 1 and had a bite of a second!!
He cared zero - just happy he got to eat a biscuit!!

Dogs don’t need processed, plastic-wrapped ‘snacks’ so YABU to buy it in the first place. Thus YANBU to eat it yourself.

In my defence they were honey and oat biscuit bites and they smelt amazing

You should get some tins of Applwas next, it's 100% chicken and better quality than a lot of human food.
