Damaged tooth enamel--temporary product?

Hi sorry, not an AIBU but my phone won't let me change the location of the post.

Son has a front adult tooth with damaged enamel (came through like it). It was slightly yellow and you could barely see it. I've noticed it's darkening in a small patch and you can feel it if you run your nail over it. I'm worried decay will set in. Does anyone know of a product we can paint over until we can see a dentist, please? Toofypegs seems to be for fillings and crowns.

Thank you.

I would just make sure he brushes properly with a toothpaste containing 1450ppm fluoride.

And keep sugary snacks/drinks to a minimum. Also dont brush too soon after eating
